We are delighted to announce that Chef Lecturer Tony Wright has been chosen to represent the UK in the prestigious Bocuse d'Or competition. Chef Wright will be supported by Culinary Arts Management student Jack Gameson who recently came 3rd in the BCF Young Chef of the Year final.
Chef Wright and Jack have begun preparations for the European selection held in Budapest in May 2016 using the replica Bocuse kitchen at UCB.
